Tailored for you, these are a guide to your massage and can be adapted to your needs to avoid certain areas, concentrate on others and fine tune light to medium pressures accordingly.

Mini Relax

The perfect quick re-set.

Its time to hit the spots that no-one thinks they harbor stress and tension.

For 30 minutes your arms and hands, lower legs and feet will have the ultimate treat.

Its short, but a completely effective way to release tension you never knew you had.

Just Relax

Switch off this is time for you!

In 40 minutes your

Upper Body

(Full back, neck and shoulders)

or Lower Body

(Full legs, back and front)

will leave you feel completely relaxed.

In 60 minutes the two can be combined; Upper and Lower Body.

Ultimate Relax

Total relaxation Real Life Luxury

Real luxury doesn't mean indulgence, a treat, being extravagant or even costly

a full body massage is a

selfless time just for you.

Relieves tension and stress, giving your body the ultimate reset it needs. 90 minutes combines the Mini Relax and Just Relax in one.

Aromatherapy

Everyone is different.  Everyone has different needs.

All of the above massages can have Aromatherapy Essential Oils added

to enhance your massage bespoke just for you.

The Loosener

Loosen overworked muscles for maintenance.

Active lives bring tight, sore, fatigued muscles, the aim of 'the loosener' is to alleviate this and focus on maintenance.

This is ideal for anyone whose work puts extra stress on their body or those who enjoy physical exercise.  As this is a 'loosener' it is ideal pre or post exercise.

Using medium and firm, faster paced Swedish massage techniques, this massage will concentrate on the area where you need it most.

40 minutes is ideal for upper or lower body and

60 minutes can combine both or concentrate more on a particular area.

More Than A Loosener

Loosen, repair and aid muscle recovery.

This massage is ideal for those who need a little more than 'the loosener' for overworked muscles.

This Deep Tissue massage uses firm pressure and slower movements, deep into the layers of muscle and fascia, where needed to break down muscles and aid their recovery.

Similarly this is ideal for particular health conditions.

40 minutes will aim to concentrate on upper or Lower body or 60 minutes can combine or concentrate more on a particular area.

Aromatherapy

Everyone is different.  Everyone has different needs.

When it comes to overworked, active muscles through work or sport, or debilitating health related conditions Aromatherapy will offer the absolute necessary addition.

All of the above massages can have Aromatherapy Essential Oils added to enhance your massage bespoke just for you.
